This year our Council added fried shrimp to our traditional menu of fried catfish, hush puppies, fries, and coleslaw which we served Fridays throughout the Lenten Season . It was a great experience for our our Knights as we enjoyed teamwork and socializing while serving our parish community. All proceeds from the fish fries and monthly breakfasts go to St. B's.
