On Saturday, September 10, a few knights from our council participated in our first life event of the year and walked in the Run and Walk for Life event, sponsored by The Houston Coalition for Life, held at All Saints Catholic Church, in the Heights. The Houston Coalition for Life is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization founded in 2002, who works with dozens of churches and thousands of individuals who are dedicated to ending abortion in the Houston area. Our council got off to a late start with registering for this year's event, but we hope to be back next year, with more walkers willing to raise even more money for this wonderful cause.
